  • Criminal Case Defense:

    • Successfully defended PT Kar Powership Indonesia in a criminal case involving the seizure of the Marine Vessel KPS Gokhan Bey (Gross Tonnage: 14,190; Valuation: IDR 70 billion) at Pengadilan Negeri Tanjung Pinang.

    • Achieved resolution within 30 calendar days of the indictment.

  • Marine Vessel Leasing Agreement:

    • Represented PT Kar Powership Indonesia in the leasing of a Marine Vessel Power Plant to PT PLN (Persero) in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.

    • Facilitated the supply of 60 MW of electricity under a contract valued at IDR 518 million annually.


PT Rukina Sukses Abadi:

  • Dredging Project at TUKS III PLTU Cilacap:

    • Provided legal advisory in collaboration with PT Srikandi Armada Shipping, with a project value of IDR 48 billion.

  • Dredging Agreement at Bontang Coal Terminal (BOCT):

    • Represented the director in the agreement with PT Indominco Mandiri, with a project value of IDR 27 billion.


PT Indonesia Daya Bahtera (IDB):
